Last updated: August 20, 2026

Mind Alchemy respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Mind Alchemy collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, complete an Operational Resilience Assessment, purchase or access a digital product, book an Operational Stack Audit, or communicate with us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, support messages, course or product purchase details, and booking details. When you complete an assessment, we may also collect your assessment responses, calculated resilience score, identified pressure pattern, and related completion status so that we can provide the assessment experience and relevant follow-up.

We may automatically receive limited technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages or emails you interact with, cookie or similar technology data, and approximate location derived from technical data. Payment card information is processed by the applicable payment processor and is not stored by Mind Alchemy.

2. How We Use Information

Mind Alchemy uses personal information to operate and improve our websites, assessments, digital products, customer support, and booking experiences. This includes creating and updating a contact record, delivering assessment results, sending requested resources, processing purchases, providing course or tracker access, sending service notices, scheduling and hosting calls, responding to support requests, protecting against misuse, and analyzing aggregate performance of our pages and communications.

With your consent where required, we may also send educational emails, newsletters, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.

3. Service Providers and Disclosures

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with trusted providers that help us deliver the services you request, including Systeme.io for website, funnel, CRM, course, and scheduling functions; Brevo for email delivery and marketing communications; Stripe or another disclosed payment processor for payment processing; Zoom for scheduled video meetings; and Google Calendar only where a calendar integration is enabled for a confirmed booking. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with a legal obligation, or respond to a lawful request.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Links

We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand site usage, improve page performance, and measure communications or advertising where enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not function as intended if cookies are disabled. Our websites may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

5. Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, contact support@mindalchemyhub.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Marketing preferences may also be changed by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

7. Children’s Privacy

Mind Alchemy’s products and services are not directed to children. Please do not provide personal information if you are below the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes and Contact
