These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Mind Alchemy websites, assessments, digital products, courses, tracker access, booking pages, and related services. By using our services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital Products and Access
Mind Alchemy may provide access to digital products, including the Operational Resilience Method™, the OpRes Tracker, and related learning materials. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, access is for the purchaser’s personal, non-transferable use only. “Lifetime access” means access for the life of the program on the platform while the program remains available; it does not include a promise of future updates, services, or platform availability beyond what is expressly stated in the offer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share, resell, sublicense, copy, distribute, or permit others to access paid materials through your account.
2. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
Prices, payment plans, and included bonuses are displayed at checkout and may change for future purchasers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the stated amount.
The Operational Resilience Method™ includes a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee for eligible requests made within 30 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. To request a refund, email support@mindalchemyhub.com with your purchase details. Approved refunds are processed within seven business days. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
The Operational Stack Audit is a paid strategic consultation. Where the offer expressly states that its fee may be credited toward a custom dashboard build, that credit applies only to the qualifying build purchase described in the offer and is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or a guarantee that a custom build will be offered or accepted.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Mind Alchemy services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the websites or platforms, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to scrape or disrupt the services, submit harmful or unlawful material, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
4. Intellectual Property
All Mind Alchemy content, including course videos, written materials, assessments, tracker content, frameworks, brand elements, and page designs, is owned by Mind Alchemy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal-use license granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Prior written permission is required for reproduction, distribution, public display, commercial use, or derivative works.
5. Educational and Professional-Advice Disclaimer
Mind Alchemy content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Individual outcomes depend on many factors; Mind Alchemy does not promise a specific result, income level, health outcome, or performance outcome.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mind Alchemy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the services. To the extent permitted by law, Mind Alchemy’s total liability for a claim related to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7. Changes, Suspension, and Contact
We may update these Terms when our products, operations, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the services, enforce these Terms, or address misuse.
